I’m Storm Dawson, and I created Nova X to be more than just a Virtual Assistant service. I built it as a trusted support system for business owners, one that helps you stay productive without burning out.

Through Virtual Personal Assistant services and Wellness Events, Nova X supports you behind the scenes so you can stay focused on what really matters: your business, your clients, your life.

My Why

Before launching Nova X, I worked for over a decade in real estate, from administrative roles to managing portfolios and supporting company directors. I learned how to manage competing priorities, keep systems running smoothly, and become the person others relied on to “just handle it.”

But I also saw how often business owners ran on empty. I knew I could help in a way that supported both their work and their wellbeing  and that’s what Nova X is built on.

When people engage Nova X, they get me. I’m the one handling the tasks you delegate, staying connected with what matters most in your business. I also make time to check in with each client on their well-being  because your mental load matters just as much as your task list.

Some clients bring me on as their PA for a single project, others for just a few hours a week, and some have set hours each month. Regardless of the arrangement, I become part of your team.

Seeing the impact I have on helping others feel more in control and supported is why I do what I do.
